These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pak55 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services accessible via https://pak55.cam and any related sub-domains or mobile applications.

pak55 is an online gaming platform serving adult users. These Terms govern all aspects of the relationship between you and pak55, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, betting and gaming activity, responsible gambling obligations and account management.

By accessing or using any part of the pak55 Platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, depositing funds, accepting a Bonus or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. pak55 reserves the right to refuse access to any User who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 or who has previously had an Account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

To register an Account with pak55, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are an individual person (not a company, trust or other entity acting on behalf of another).
• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or by the laws of your place of residence — whichever is greater.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the pak55 Platform or any affiliated system.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• You are acting in your own name and on your own behalf, and not as a nominee, agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by pak55 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and not acting under the influence of circumstances that would impair your capacity to enter into a binding legal agreement.

Each eligible individual may register and hold only one (1) Account on pak55. Operating duplicate accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals arising from the duplicate usage.

5.1 Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

5.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pak55 will never contact you by email, live chat or telephone to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to be your activity and your sole responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to pak55 support without delay.

5.3 Account Currency

Where the Platform supports PKR account views, balances will be displayed in Pakistani Rupees for your convenience. The applicable exchange rates and any conversion fees are as displayed in the cashier at the time of each transaction. Currency display options are subject to change.

pak55 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable international compliance standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be required at any point during a User's account lifecycle.

6.1 Required Documents

pak55 may request any combination of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid government-issued photo ID — national identity card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming that the deposit payment method belongs to you — for example, a bank statement, screenshot of a mobile wallet transaction or card statement.
• Source of Funds: In cases where the volume of activity warrants it, pak55 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate origin of funds deposited on the Platform.

6.2 Verification Timelines

pak55 endeavours to complete KYC review within a reasonable time following submission of complete and satisfactory documentation. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC is completed. Incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation will delay the verification process.

7.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the User's own name. pak55 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, fees and processing times are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change.

References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast bank transfers and accounts held at HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual information only. Users must verify which deposit methods are available in their account cashier at the time of deposit. No payment provider named on this Platform endorses, sponsors or facilitates gambling activity, and pak55 makes no representation that any specific payment provider will process gambling-related transactions.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible, in order to comply with AML obligations. Where this is not possible, pak55 will notify the User and request alternative instructions.

Processing times, minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable fees are displayed in the cashier. pak55 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed where the associated Account has outstanding bonus wagering requirements, unless the User elects to forfeit the bonus balance.

7.3 Currency

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is available as an account currency, amounts are displayed in Rs for user convenience. Exchange rates applied to cross-currency transactions are as displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. pak55 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PKR value of balances denominated in other currencies.

pak55 may offer bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes abuse and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering completion process.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the promotion page at the time of claiming.
• pak55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus where it believes the bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms or by a User acting in bad faith.
• Maximum bet or stake limits may apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets above these limits may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unclaimed or unmet wagering on expired bonuses will be removed from the Account balance without notice.

All betting and gaming activity on pak55 is subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game type, sport or market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game or betting rules, the specific rules will prevail in relation to the game or event concerned.

9.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, UFC and other sports — are offered at pre-match and live in-play odds. Odds are subject to change without notice. Bets placed after an event has concluded — whether as a result of technical error, platform delay or user action — will be void and stakes returned. Cricket markets covering Pakistan domestic cricket, PSL fixtures and ICC tournaments are offered as sports wagering products only. pak55 has no affiliation, partnership or endorsement relationship with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket board, team or official.

9.2 Casino & Live Games

Casino games including slots, live dealer tables, instant games and table games are operated subject to their individual game rules and the RTP (Return to Player) configurations provided by the respective game studios. RTP figures shown on the Platform are illustrative where so labelled. Results of all games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, or by live dealer outcomes in live game formats.

9.3 Voiding and Cancellations

pak55 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds in the event of: evident technical error; corrupted data; miscalculated odds caused by a feed or software fault; or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control. Where a void occurs, stakes are returned to the User's Account.

pak55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform makes available a suite of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. Users are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively.

10.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted over a given period. Once the limit is reached, betting and gaming activity pauses until the next cycle.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict continuous play time per session. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account restriction for a minimum period or indefinitely. Self-excluded Users are blocked from accessing the Platform and removed from marketing communications.
• Reality Checks: Optional periodic reminders showing time elapsed in the current session and total activity during the session.

10.2 Adults Only

The pak55 Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or over, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Underage gambling is prohibited. If you are concerned that a minor may be accessing the Platform using your Account, contact support immediately and activate parental control software on shared devices.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak55 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC or account management.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches or mathematical errors in game configurations for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.
• Colluding with other Users in any game, betting market or promotion for mutual unfair advantage.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-blocking, IP restrictions or any other access control mechanisms through the use of VPN, proxy or similar tools where such access would otherwise be restricted.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals or any other action that disrupts the integrity of the payment system.
• Systematic bonus abuse — claiming bonuses in a manner designed to extract value without genuine engagement with the Platform's gaming products.

pak55 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this section, to withhold or void any winnings arising from prohibited conduct and to report relevant conduct to law enforcement or financial authorities where required.

All content on the pak55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, audio and video materials — is the property of pak55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, display, perform or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pak55 or the relevant licensor. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak55's total liability to any User in connection with these Terms, the Platform or any service provided thereunder shall be limited to the net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak55 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other indirect, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses arising from your participation in gaming or betting where such participation was in breach of applicable local law.
• Decisions made by Users based on inaccurate or out-of-date odds, statistics or game information arising from third-party data feed errors.

The collection, use, storage and processing of your personal data by pak55 is governed by the pak55 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary: your personal data is collected for the purposes of operating your Account, conducting KYC verification, processing transactions, providing customer support, complying with AML and other legal obligations and, where you have opted in, sending promotional communications. pak55 does not sell personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

pak55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on their Account. The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure via support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak55 holds its operating licence. Specific jurisdiction details are made available to users upon verified request through the support channel.

Nothing in this clause is intended to prevent Users from exercising any statutory rights they may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their own country of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded by contract.
